Lakshmi Energy and Foods disclosed a steep drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2010. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 29.89% to Rs 180.93 million from Rs 258.05 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter for the quarter surged 89.62% to Rs 3,385.56 million, while total income for the quarter jumped 89.83% to Rs 3,390.33 million, when compared with the prior year period.
It posted earnings of Rs 2.86 a share during the quarter, registering 29.90% decline over prior year period. THIS IS DUE TO HEAVY FLOODS IN PUNJAB & HARYANA, STAY INVESTED & ACCUMULATE IT IF IT FALLS.

sir..pls tell by when will biocon move..i have rolled it to august but under huge loss..
u old that it will move in 2 3 days but still no reilef...pls advice now what to do..if u think that it will take time shld i exit and ivest in other if u know some other script better then it and which will move fast and recover my losses..
