BUY FAME INDIA FOR A TARGET OF 42
FAME INDIA will blast next. Huge buy order will be initiated on the last hour of trade on Monday, which will continue because the yearend holidays are best days for multiplexes. The stock is grossly undervalued as its market cap is only 125 crore, while it operates 95 cinema halls. There is a fierce battle royal between Reliance mutual fund and Inox to take over the company even at Rs.90-100. It had renowned directors like Amit Jatia, vice-chairman of McDonald’s India and Kishore Biyani, managing director of Pantaloons Retail (India) Ltd as independent directors.
The major share is held by two arch rivals inox and reliance mutual fund while public holds only 6%. So we may see another round of takeover battle as the company with a market cap of only 125 crore holds many prime properties including one hot property in Mumbai. Sources say INOX may consider buying additional stake through the market as well, bringing its stake up to 51 per cent,”
