can you please share your view on this as I am expecting some kind of small correction/profit booking but seems its not coming anything near.

Hi cvrprakash, For now BANKNIFTY HAS SUPPORT AT 20010 and the next downside support is 19888.
This VIX is at it's top so we are not sure how long the index can move upward. Any moment it may come down or surprise. For now, can consider 19850-20220 as the Expiry range for BANK NIFTY.

Actually I shorted 20000 CA @100 and 20300 CA @60.
Its my mistake that when entering the CA short, I never expected BN to gain this much in a week. Expected some kind of profit booking may come in, but seems nothing till now.

Hi cvrprakash,
If you short BN before RBI Governer announcement, You are correct. But If you after it, and hold it without stoploss, that becomes be a problem.
Premium will decrease if BN consolidates @ 20,0000 on Tuesday. But overall till now, there is no signal of weakness in the Nifty , Bank Nifty.

Hi KK,
Actually i shorted before the RBI announcement only, but since my range was very far I never thought it will be in threat. RBI announcement also came in all of a sudden as no on expected it. So can you just suggest where you expect BN to expire this month.
