    Hi cerulean, Nice method for mentha. But, though the volatility is less, dont you feel 1 min is too small a timeframe? Also, what do you consider to be the mid band? SMA or EMA? and what period for the mid band? 20? or any other? Also do you keep 2 standard deviations to construct the upper and lower bands?

    Hi SM, I follow 1minute chart for the first few hours .. and some times change it to 5mnts .. For I cannot access charts beyond that , in here at nest trader .I change it to ema from sma..Rest are predefined numbers .Excet very early part of trading I use 7 in place of 14 in boliger '..as well as for Relative strength index and stochastic osci' ..As it will not work otherwise for about 1hr .
    IN the 1 mnt chart .. when it breaks the top bolonger band ,there will be a peak for about a minute ..we need to short then .. Say it is trading at 1348 as it gets near top band , there will be sudden surge by abt 4to 5 pts ..Would be a good idea to place in advance ,a sell order at 1352 or 54 .. 'Because , it almost each time , falls from there .. And in mentha a drop of 4 pts can get us 1thou+ .To be on the safer side one may place a sl order as well..

    .Hi SM, Mentha , was in oversold zone .As such , it rallied today up to one UC ..after , hitting lc 's ,yesterday .. Tomorrow again it may be positive .But usually early part of the day there is a drop.
    It is better not to trade each day ,to be on the safer side , as it is very unpredictable.
    But on a right day ,If we we can take risk , we can make good amount .Mostly by going short after a rally.But it works both ways .
