I have already gmr 18,000 shares and jaiprakash 3000 shares. Is it good to average?

Thanks for all ur calls.I have core projects 40 @202 , escorts 80@126 , cipla 30 @ 298. Unfortunately i was not able to sell these when they achieved the targets. Shall i hold them for some more time??
