Wockhardt sells German unit for nearly Rs 120cr; stk up

Wockhardt touched an intraday high of Rs 138 and an intraday low of Rs 132.50. At 10:01 am, the share was quoting at Rs 135, up Rs 4.55, or 3.49% on the NSE.
The company has sold its German unit to Mova Pharma for nearly Rs 120 crore, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 69,997 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 8.23% or Rs 11.70 at Rs 130.45.
