Nila Infrastructures Limited, a company engaged in the execution of turnkey projects and civil constructions. A progressive real estate company based at Ahmedabad belongs to Sambhaav Group of Companies. NIL was incorporated in 1990 by Manoj B. Vadodaria and listed on BSE in 1995.

The main business of the company comprises of construction activities. The company is involved in the construction of luxurious bungalows; commercial and residential buildings; infrastructure projects such as industrial estates including roads, plots, sheds, lighting, ..etc.

Nila Infrastructures Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 Accredited Company. Currently NIL is executing a residential flat scheme named “Asmaakam” at Vejalpur and constructing BRTS Bus Shelters at various locations in Ahmedabad for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

NIL have executed various residential and commercial projects in the past. In the recent past it has executed urban development project for construction of 570 nos. decorative bus shelters in Ahmedabad and 100 nos. in Rajkot.

Currently trading around 1.69 and having a P/E of 4.5, Book value of 2.04

Nila Infrastructures ltd is amalgmating with a rich and health company named pearl stockholdings pvt ltd. After the merger the book value and net worth of nila infra will be very high.
