Hi CB, Happy Dusshera
I have not traded single trade in future and options till today having delivery of shares (cash)of aprox 2 -2.5 lac. now wanted to start with option what i percieve is risk is fixed in option compare to futures. am i going right? and yes if i want to buy call for any stock nov expiry then this expiry day will be better? any specific buy suggestion from u most welcome. thanks in advance

Hi CP, Buying of Options will have limited losses.... but selling options (put and call writing ) can have unlimited losses.
Options are volatile ..... they decay very fast (time decay of options).
But once you understand the way they work and if you adhere to strict stoplosses and if u manage risk well .... u can make good profits.
