Hi Kk, Nifty will come below 7000 soon mostly this year, before that it will hover from 7300 to 8200 a couple of times till traders get frustrated. And nifty did not consolidate in between 7000-8000 range, it zoomed from 6000 to 9000 without any halt. We haven't even traded 7100-7900 options properly for 3 months as index gained 1000 points in less than three months during that time. You will see huge volatile moves in future(vix is peaked out), market too has to deal with the psychology of analysts and traders so, market confuse people often. Earlier, nifty consolidated in between 8000-9000 for 10 months to date. If breaks 7611, it will test 7230.
